The first corona winter I spent a lot of time in the forest. It was a winter without snow, and
everything was covered with green moss. It was so beautiful. I meditated with the trees, and wrote
down the thoughts that came to me. They were about the wonderful cooperation that goes on in
nature, especially that between fungi and trees. Later I read more about the subject; there has
been a lot of interesting research on plant communication in recent years. These forest sessions
resulted in an animation ("Spiritual Life of the Spruce"), a series of drawings, and later a public
artwork called "The Mushroom", which consists of a sculpture and sound installation, creating a
soundscape through impulses from the biosphere underground. The piece is placed in the Art Park
of Cultural Center Hanaholmen.

Sv.
Mina sessioner i skogen födde
