Turning the Tide (TTT) is an ambitious EU-funded art project fostering cross-disciplinary dialogue to creatively address the challenges of the climate crisis in coastal cities. The project aims to engage local communities, amplify unheard voices, and raise awareness of climate issues through artistic and cultural collaboration.
Working across four cities, TTT applies a cultural planning methodology and collaborates with socially engaged artists to explore how art can shape new narratives around climate change and promote climate justice.
The project brings together partners from five countries – Intercult (Sweden), Artit (Greece), Vienna Education Academy (Austria), DEAR HUNTER (The Netherlands), and Urban Culture Institute (Poland) – in collaboration with Fablevision (Scotland) and the River//Cities Network.
