I worked on these between 2008-2011 during an experimental phase, and they show a gradual use of vague imagery beginning to seep into atmospheric “landscapes” painted in large part with transparent layering techniques. These are very much meant to be places one has been thrust into – weird environments not of this world that one could fall into if not careful.
